Mr. Fogle, who is the founding member and supervising partner of The Fogle Law Firm, LLC, is in his seventeenth year in the field of Immigration and Nationality Law. Raised in the United Kingdom until he was fourteen, Mr. Fogle returned to the U.S. to attend high school and college.  He earned his Bachelors degree in English Literature in 1988 from Davidson College in North Carolina with a year abroad at Edinburgh University in Scotland.  Mr. Fogle was awarded his Juris Doctorate degree from The College of Law at Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia on June 16, 1991. Three days later he was sworn into the Georgia Bar and opened his Immigration Law practice immediately.

Mr. Fogle is a member of the bars of the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. Courts of Appeals of the Second Circuit, the Fourth Circuit, the Sixth Circuit, the Ninth Circuit and the Eleventh Circuit. He is a longtime member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) been a speaker at AILA conferences and seminars and as part of their mentor program advises other AILA members regarding their immigration questions.  He is a Board Member of the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network, a non-profit corportation, dedicated to pro-bono representation of asylum seekers detained while attempting to enter the United States. 

Mr. Fogle has handled Immigration Court cases on a national level handling cases in US Immigration Courts in Arlington, Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Elizabeth, El Paso, Houston, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Memphis, Miami, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Newark, New Orleans, New York, Oakdale, Portland and San Diego. An expert on asylum law and deportation/ removal defense, Mr. Fogle has successfully represented clients in Immigration Court from a multitude of countries encompassing the continents of Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America. An expert in Federal Immigration litigation, Mr. Fogle has won numerous appeals at the Board of Immigration Appeals and in 2006 for the Fogle Law Firm won an unprecedented 4 Immigration petitions for review (three published decisions) in the notoriously immigration unfriendly United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  Since then, he has won serveral more petitions for review in the Eleventh Circuit, including another published decision in January 2008 and one in the Sixth Circuit.

Over the years has Mr. Fogle has also developed expertise in representing employers petitioning for temporary and permanent employees and has successfully represented several hundred clients in obtaining Permanent Resident Status (Green Card) through family and employment based petitions.

Aside from Immigration Law, Mr. Fogle has also successfully handled numerous Federal and State Criminal cases and Civil Personal Injury Cases.

 Leslie Diaz

Ms. Diaz earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Florida and received her juris doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2000. She served as a staff attorney for the Eleventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, where she reviewed appeals of immigration matters, as well as other types of federal cases, including criminal law and sentencing guidelines, habeas corpus and civil rights. Ms. Diaz also has practiced commercial litigation and criminal law. While in law school, she interned with the Southern Center for Human Rights and the DeKalb County Public Defender's Office, and participated in the Volunteer Immigration Project in Miami, Florida.

Ms. Diaz handles cases in all areas of immigration law. She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is admitted to practice law before all state and federal courts in Georgia.

Patricia Camuzzi Luber

Ms. Camuzzi earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Florida in 1999. She received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 2006. While in law school, Ms. Camuzzi interned with the Fulton County Public Defender’s Office and the Immigration Services of Catholic Charities (formerly Catholic Social Services).

Ms. Camuzzi has experience with asylum, removal, and family based petitions. She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association. Ms. Camuzzi is fluent in Spanish.

Asheesh Sharma

Mr. Sharma earned a bachelor’s degree in English (Honors) from the Punjab University in India, Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Punjab University in India and a Master in Laws (LL.M) from The George Washington University Law School, Washington D.C. 

Mr. Sharma concentrates his practice in the area of U.S. Immigration Law.  He has extensive experience in employment & family based immigration, including H-1B, labor certification substitution and PERM.  He has a 99.99% success rate in filing H-1B and 100% in filling PERM applications. *

Mr. Sharma brings a unique perspective to immigration law especially the consular processing practice.  His past and present immigration status adds to his knowledge of the immigration process.  Based on his regular interaction with U.S. Consulate officers, he frequently advises businesses and individuals on such matters.  He is a member of American Immigration Lawyers' Association and has successfully represented major businesses and individuals before Citizenship and Immigration Services and Department of Labor.

Before joining The Fogle Law Firm, LLC, Mr. Sharma practiced immigration law for a busy immigration law firm in Atlanta, GA for five years and prior to that he practiced law as an International Associate for Holland and Knight in Atlanta, GA where he worked with Honorary Consul for India in the United States, Kenneth Cutshaw. 

Mr. Sharma is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu languages.
