Mary-Linn Tedesco
Mary-Lynn Tedesco is a Senior Attorney with the Fogle Law Firm in Charlotte. Ms. Tedesco is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey, where she was selected to participate in the Center for Social Justice’s Immigrants’ Rights and International Human Rights Clinic. During her time at Seton Hall Law, she was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team, which placed in the Top 8 in the Northeast Region. Ms. Seery additionally won runner-up for Best Oral Advocate and Best Brief for Seton Hall Law’s Gressman Moot Court Competition.
During her senior year at The Catholic University of America, where she graduated in 2011, she worked extensively with the immigration advocacy organization AYUDA, Inc. Graduating with a double major in Political Theory and Spanish for International Service, Ms. Tedesco won an award of distinction for her senior thesis on the topic of gang-based asylum. She also interned in the Superior Court of New Jersey in both Morris and Passaic Counties in New Jersey.
Ms. Tedesco has secured wins for clients in a multitude of areas, including extreme hardship waivers, removal defense, permanent residency applications, and assisting victims of violence and human trafficking, as well as complex research in many areas of immigration law.
Ms. Tedesco is fluent in Spanish.
