Alba Cristancho is the Chief Operating Officer of the Fogle Law Firm. She is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance of the law firm. She is also in charge of human resources as well as customer service of the firm. She is based at Fogle Law Firm’s headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia, since 2011.
With more than twenty years of professional experience in the U.S. immigration legal field, Alba first handled hundreds of cases as a law clerk, before pursuing her career in the management field in relation to the immigration practice. Because of her extensive knowledge of complex regulations, Alba also provides tailored assistance and remarkable expertise to individuals in the field of immigration, with a focus on investment visas (EB-5).
Before joining the Fogle Law Firm in 2011, Alba founded Immigration Consultant Enterprises, LLC where she developed her professional and business experience. Her deep understanding of the immigration process combined with her engagement to serve the immigration community in the U.S., makes Alba the perfect person to promote the growth of the firm while assisting companies and individuals.
Alba went to law school in Bogotá, Colombia, before moving to the United States and earning a Bachelor in Political Science from Georgia State University. She also studied HR Management at Cornell University. Alba has been a dedicated activist and tireless defender of immigrant rights, which led her to found in 2017 Immigration Education Project, Inc., a non-profit organization that provides access to immigration legal services to the most vulnerable minorities, such as victims of sexual abuse, domestic violence, and LGBTQ+ immigrants.
