
David L. Lunel is a senior attorney with the Fogle Law Firm.
David is both an attorney in France where he is admitted to the Paris Court of Appeals, and in the United States where he is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He focuses on providing effective immigration solutions for companies in the Southeast and throughout the United States. David assists professionals, corporations, small businesses, and investors entering the United States. His clients are leaders in fields such as software, manufacturing, design, fashion, sports, international trade, and engineering. Thanks to his knowledge of French and European Law, David provides a comparative law approach to his foreign clients and helps them to understand the complex rules of immigration.
In addition, David also advises clients on current immigration legislation, handling nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications and regularly attends interviews at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service field Offices nationwide. David also represents clients before the immigration courts in removal proceedings as well as refugees in their asylum applications.
Prior to joining the Fogle Law Firm, David worked as an attorney in major international law firms (King & Spalding, Allen & Overy), specializing in international litigation and commercial law, in France and the United States. He also practiced in a law firm specialized in cross-border litigation in Paris and Barcelona.
David earned his Juris Doctor from the Emory University School of Law. He also holds an LL.B from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas (France), and an LL.M from the Autonomous University of Madrid (Spain). During his law degree at Emory University School of Law, David served as a legal extern at the Coca-Cola Company in the Ethics and Compliance department and volunteered with the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and Southern Immigrant Freedom Initiative (SIFI) to conduct interviews of detainees in detention centers and assist refugees.
David is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
