Javaria Usman Ghani is an immigration paralegal with the Fogle Law Firm.

She has vast experience and manages family-based Immigration cases including Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, Immigrant and Non-immigrant Visas, Visitor Visas, and Fiancé Visas. As an immigrant herself, Javaria has encountered firsthand the challenges that immigrating to a new country encompasses. Because of her extensive knowledge and diligence, she provides an incredible and reliable service to our clients.

Prior joining the Fogle Law Firm, Javaria worked at various top Immigration Law Offices in the Metro Atlanta area. Javaria is also a Public Notary and an Honorary Deputy in the Fulton County, Georgia.

Javaria lived in Pakistan until 2013, where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the Superior University.

Javaria is fluent in Urdu and Hindi.
