
Natalie L. Griggs is an associate attorney with the Fogle Law Firm in Atlanta.
Natalie represents clients in Immigration Courts across the country in bond and merits hearings for numerous forms of relief. Natalie also successfully appears for clients’ relative petition, green card, and citizenship interviews at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service field Offices nationwide. A zealous litigator and advocate, Natalie has a wide range of experience with family-based immigrant petitions and naturalization applications. In addition to immigration cases, Natalie also advocates for clients in Superior, State, and Juvenile Courts throughout Georgia in uncontested divorce, child custody, and dependency petitions in support of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS).
Prior to beginning a career as an immigration attorney and joining the Fogle Law Firm, Natalie worked for the United States Attorney’s Office’s Cyber Crime Unit on investigations and prosecutions of international cyber-crimes. She also served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Maryland Office of the Public Defender in Charles County, representing numerous defendants in the Maryland Criminal Court system.
Natalie graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Experimental Psychology and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law in May of 2016.
Natalie is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Georgia Association for Black Women Attorneys, and is admitted to practice law before the Georgia Court of Appeals as well as the Supreme Court of Georgia.
