Abhiruchi Jain

Abhiruchi Jain is an experienced Paralegal and a foreign-trained Attorney from India. She graduated with a Bachelor of Laws Degree B.A. LL. B (Hons) with distinction in 2014 and completed her Master of Laws (LL.M) in Constitutional and Administrative Laws in India in 2015. She passed the bar and obtained her license to practice law in India in 2014. After moving to the US, she completed her second Master of Laws when she graduated as Magna Cum Laude in the LL.M program of Georgia State University College of Law in 2021. During her program, she was awarded a scholarship and worked as a Graduate Research Assistant.

At the Fogle law firm, Abhiruchi handles various immigration matters including Adjustment of Status (I-485), Family-based petitions (I-130), I-131, I-90, AR-11, Removal of Conditions (I-751), RFE’s, Naturalization (N-400 & N-600), EAD’s, FOIA and NOIDs. She also assists with the filing of immigration Court Motions, Prosecutorial Discretion Requests, appeals to BIA and Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and other projects assigned by senior attorneys and Partners.

Prior to joining the Fogle Law Firm, Abhiruchi worked as a Paralegal for two years in one of the largest Bankruptcy filing Law Firms in Atlanta where she prepared Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy petitions, work orders, affidavits, retainer agreements, refile, and conversion after factual examination under the supervision of attorneys.

When she was in India, Abhiruchi worked as an Assistant Professor of Law for two years. In that position she taught Law of Torts, Contracts, and Constitutional law. At the time, she was the youngest assistant professor ever appointed by the university. She helped the University Dean in drafting editorial and research articles that covered a broad range of complex legal topics. For her work, she is listed as an ‘Assistant Editor’ on several articles and a book written by the Dean.

She volunteered in several non-profit organizations that work for the betterment of women, children, and refugees. Abhiruchi believes in giving back to society and being an immigrant herself she found her passion in Immigration laws.

Abhiruchi is fluent in English and Hindi. She is a supportive team player, detailed minded with the drive and determination to provide exceptional services to clients. She is accustomed to a high volume, fast-paced, and time-sensitive work. In her free time, she likes to read, exercise, meditate and spend time with her family.
