Position Summary:

The applicant will prepare immigration paperwork for timely filing with various agencies and immigration court. Work in a fast-based, collaborative team-oriented environment with extensive phone and email client contact. Learn and master the challenging procedural and processing requirements for all types of petitions and applications demanding extensive writing. Utilize firm resources and other available case management tools to prioritize, monitor, and successfully manage a caseload. This is a customer-service focused role providing a high level of service to our clients. Principals only; no calls please.

Requirements or Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Candidates are a must (English/Spanish).
  • Experience with Immigration Court, Family Petitions, Waivers, Consular Process and Asylum preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information, personal integrity, excellent judgement and high ethical standards.
  • Stress tolerance related to time sensitive deadlines and workflow demands.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to dive into complex, ambiguous situations and bring them to an effective resolution.
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment with competing demands.
  • Track record of deadlines and ability to communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team.
    Professional business references and immigration experience will be required for all candidates.
