Adriana F. Urtubey is an associate attorney with the Fogle Law Firm in Charlotte.

Adriana represents clients in Immigration Courts for numerous forms of relief. Adriana also appears for clients’ relative petition, green card, and citizenship interviews at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service field Offices nationwide. A passionate litigator and advocate, Adriana has a wide range of experience with family-based immigrant petitions, naturalization applications as well as employment based petitions. In addition to immigration cases, Adriana also advocates for clients in State Court for child custody in support of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS).

Prior to joining the Fogle Law Firm, Adriana worked as an Associate at Fragomen’s Toronto office, where she helped clients navigate the evolving U.S. immigration landscape, including matters related to nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence and citizenship. She primarily assisted corporate and individual clients with U.S. consular applications throughout the Americas as well as border applications into the U.S. from Canada and Mexico. Adriana also worked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario for a panel of four appellate court justices and senior counsel. She gained valuable research and legal writing experience while providing bilingual judicial support to the justices.  

Adriana graduated with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters in French from the University of Guelph in Canada. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law in May of 2014. Adriana’s work experience in both the U.S. and Canada, as well as her language skills, provide her with a global perspective that enables her to adapt to diverse environments and empathize with foreign nationals from different cultures.

Adriana is member of the North Carolina State Bar, the Law Society of Ontario, the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Mecklenburg County Bar Association, and the North Carolina State Bar Association.

Adriana is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
