Elena Barberena is an associate attorney with The Fogle Law Firm and is based out of the Atlanta Office but handles cases nationwide. She brings years of immigration experience in removal proceedings, asylum, family-based adjustment of status, naturalization and other immigration cases. She effectively represents clients in almost every area of immigration law.

While studying at The George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C., she spent time working with Catholic Charities in their pro-bono immigration department and working at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Upon her graduation, she worked as a consulting attorney at Stratix Corporation and as a legal editor for LexisNexis before commencing her immigration practice.

Elena is fluent in Spanish.
