Mary Shin is an of counsel attorney with The Fogle Law Firm and is based in Los Angeles Office. She brings a wealth of immigration experience both as a practitioner and a law professor. Mary has decades of experience in removal proceedings, asylum, family-based adjustment of status, naturalization and employment-based cases. She effectively represents clients in almost every area of immigration law.
After graduating from UC Hastings College of Law in San Francisco, she spent 20 years running her own practice in Honolulu, Hawaii. She then moved to Korea and taught as a professor in the prestigious Sahmyook SDA University as well as worked with a Korean International law firm. Upon returning to the U.S. Ms. Shin has worked as an adjunct professor at La Sierra University and California Preparatory College in Colton and has been the La Sierra University Immigration Clinic Director as well as running her practice. She also has a master’s degree from the University of Arizona.
Mary is fluent in Korean.
