Raquel Gonzalez Padron is an Associate Immigration Attorney at The Fogle Law Firm, LLC. Ms. Gonzalez Padron is originally from Venezuela and is fluent in English and Spanish. Being an immigrant herself, Ms. Gonzalez Padron feels passionate towards helping others build a better life in the United States. Her own experiences allow her to empathize with clients and better serve them in their immigration journeys. Ms. Gonzalez Padron has experience in various immigration matters that include family petitions, adjustment of status, naturalization, removal proceedings, asylum, among others. Before focusing her practice on immigration law, she worked as a privacy and data security attorney in North Carolina.
Ms. Gonzalez Padron received her undergraduate degree summa cum laude from La Universidad del Zulia (Venezuela), majoring in Political Science. She received her J.D., magna cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as a published editorial staff member of the Wake Forest Law Review. Ms. Gonzalez Padron was also part of a pro bono project focused on helping asylum seekers detained in Dilley, Texas.
