Theresa Cephas is a litigation paralegal with the Fogle Law Firm in the Atlanta Office. 

As a proud first generation American, daughter of immigrant parents from Liberia, the immigration process is very personal for her. She is a fierce advocate for our immigrant community and extremely diligent in removal defense proceedings and the litigation processes.

In addition to her expertise with immigration courts across the country, she is also highly skilled in the initiation and completion of Immigrant and Non-Immigrant Visa Applications at the US Embassies and Consulates around the world. Theresa proudly uses her voice to provide the best service and support to our clients. Her passion for advocating for the voiceless is what enables her to manage immigration court and immigrant visa cases with great devotion and enthusiasm.

Theresa is a Georgia State University Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Philosophy. She joined the Fogle Law Firm in early 2019 as a legal intern and has remained an indispensable member of the team.
